Refunds
All prints are produced on demand, meaning when a print is purchased, I will personally order it
and it becomes one of the 25 in the edition.
I recommend you choose carefully as I cannot take back prints because the size was wrong or because of a change of mind. The print is printed for you at time of order. The file is with Image Science (my fine art printers), who keep it and use it each time an edition is ordered, making sure every print is the same, without colour or tone differences.
I will offer a refund or issue a new edition if a print was damaged before it was packed and sent.
I personally pack and send each print and photograph it before sealing the box or tube. Firstly so we have a record of it and secondly, so if a print is damaged in transit, we can show the courier company the pre shipping condition.
I recommend collectors purchasing prints to note the condition of the box or tube when it is handed to you by the courier. If it looks damaged, please ask the courier to wait while you photograph the damaged packaging and then open it and check for damage, that way there will be no dispute. You will need to ask the courier to also take a photo for his records.
